- In its third edition, the European Spa Summit provided contents featuring analyses and expertise of great interest to hospitality sector professionals seeking solutions and ideas on issues concerning the setup and optimized management of spas. The European Spa Summit 2009 made it possible for the third consecutive year to provide an extra chance to listen to and share experiences about setting up and optimizing spas. More than 400 summit-goers attended the 4 sessions of a full, intense program supported by a selection of international experts including, among others, Raoul Andrews Sudre of Aspen Spa Management; Motti Essakow, founder of OmWard Bound; Christopher W. Norton, regional vice-president and general manager of the Four Seasons Hotel George V; and Susie Ellis, president of SpaFinder in New York, and many others.
